Early detection and “Drop and Hook” capability

The Valor TPMS product has “Drop and Hook” capabilities. This TPMS product allows any tractor in the fleet to hook up to any trailer in the fleet and the monitor in the cab reads all wheel positions on the tractor and trailer. When the tractor picks up a new trailer from the same fleet, the system automatically connects, without the assistance of the driver. The system is checking air pressure as well as temperature and will alert whenever a threshold is reached. 85% of the tires that have blown on the highway are “run-flats” and were losing air for quite some time. Early detection would have saved these tires for repair or retread.

Data Management

Our Commercial TPMS products allow the fleet management a lot of flexibility when looking at data collection and threshold alerts. We can integrate with satellite telematics providers or provide gate receiver systems as well as adjust threshold levels and reading intervals to suite your application.

In situations where just a monitor is required, our monitor will store about 30 days of history. This history can be downloaded into a computer and analyzed when need be. The monitor can also reduce a morning tire inspection to just a few minutes per vehicle.

Reliability

Our products are built strictly for heavy commercial applications. Our manufacturer does design and build lighter systems for cars, light trucks and recreational RVs but they sell them through another distribution network, into the market where they are designed to be. The Valor TPMS line is designed to withstand industrial PSI and Temperature ranges, without losing signal or sensors to these elements or theft.
